Data processed and purposes
Browsing. The server hosting the website automatically records some technical data (IP address, date and time, pages visited) needed for the service to work and to be secure. The website does not use analytics or profiling tools.
Hosting. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), which processes technical browsing data as data processor. Data are transferred to the United States on the basis of Netlify's participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Voluntary communications. If you write by email or upload documents through the file upload service, the data you provide, including any health data, are processed solely to answer your request and to provide the requested healthcare service, on the basis of your consent and for care purposes (Art. 9(2)(a) and (h) GDPR).
Bookings. Bookings take place on third-party platforms (MioDottore, operated by DocPlanner Italy S.r.l., and Gruppo San Donato), which process the data entered for the booking as independent data controllers, according to their own notices.
Third-party services
Files for online consultations are uploaded via Dropbox. Links to MioDottore, Gruppo San Donato and Google Maps open external websites, subject to their own privacy notices.
MioDottore calendar. The Book page embeds the MioDottore (Docplanner) availability calendar. When you open that page your browser connects to MioDottore's servers, which may receive technical data such as your IP address and use their own cookies, according to their privacy notice and their cookie policy. The other pages of the website do not load MioDottore content.
Retention
Data are kept for as long as necessary for the purposes stated and to comply with legal obligations on medical records.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing, by writing to studio@drbonacchi.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Cookies
The website itself does not set cookies or use analytics or profiling tools. Only on the Book page does the MioDottore calendar set its own and third-party cookies, both technical and analytics: the list and how to avoid them are described in the cookie policy.
